At the end of the season, you invoice members for the paid invitations they made. These invitations are not invoiced with an item: Plugin.ch counts them for each member and adds them to the invoice when the invoice group invoices the season's non-member hours.

Open Invoices → Manage invoices, then click Create invoices. Give the group a name, for example "2026 - Invitations".

Under Invoice non-member hours, tick the season to invoice (for example "Tennis - Summer 2026"). This is the box that makes the invitations get invoiced.

Leave the fees empty, and do not choose any item under Add items for guests. Click Create invoices.

If you have already created the group without ticking the season, open it, then click Group → Edit invoice group. Tick the season under Invoice non-member hours, then click Save: the guests' invoices are created in this same group.

The button Refresh invoices does not replace this box: it rebuilds the group as it is saved. For a group that invoices non-member hours, it is no longer offered anyway.

• One line with the member's number of paid invitations, at the price of the guest subscription.
• Depending on your settings, the list of bookings made with a guest since the previous guests' invoice group of the same season (date, time, court).

Once invoiced, the invitations are not invoiced again. If you create a new group later in the season, only the new invitations will be invoiced.

The box does not appear?

• The setting Add paying non-members must be enabled in Settings → Manage invoicing.
• The season must have a guest subscription with a price greater than 0.
• Only seasons that ended less than 6 months ago are offered: invoice guests shortly after the end of the season.
